Dear Hilltop Community,

The HMS Board of Trustees has been busy this year creating new structures that are designed to help the board run more efficiently and with greater transparency. The Board has adapted the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) Principles of Good Practice for the Board of Directors and for Individual Trustees; has created several standing Board Committees that actively seek involvement from the HMS community; and has created a formal nominating protocol for Board membership. We are also committed to reporting on Board activities monthly.

Serving on the HMS Board or on one of its various committees is a great way to offer your professional expertise, experience, and time to Hilltop.
